For first-time users

To apply for a library card, please fill out an application form and present a valid identification to verify your name and residential address.You can obtain your library card regardless your address or age.
Please inform the Circulation Desk of any change in your address or phone number, or the loss of your library card.

When you borrow materials

Please present your library card and materials to the Circulation Desk.

When you return materials

Please return materials to the Circulation Desk.
Your library card will not be required.
You can also return materials to the book drop before or after library hours, or to the mobile library.

When you look for materials

You can search the computer catalog by the title or the authors of the material you want.
When you do not know how to use the catalog or cannot find what you want, please feel free to ask us.

Request Service

When you cannot find the material you are looking for, you can use the Request Service.
If the material is already checked out, we will place a hold on it.
If the material is not part of our collection, we will obtain it for you through an inter-library loan service or by purchase.

Reference Service

The Reference Service Desk is available to advise and assist you in acquiring library materials and information of your interest.

Photocopy Service (fee-based)

Photocopy service is available exclusively for library materials and all copying must fall within copyright regulations.
Please fill out a prescribed form and present it to the counter.

Service for physically challenged users

Audio books, large print books and page turners are available.

Group Loan

Groups, such as schools, local circles and organizations, can check out 300 books for two months.
